We had a wonderful stay at a hotel in Kensington. The staff were friendly and professional, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. Our room was comfortable and modern, providing us with all the amenities we needed for a pleasant stay. The location was great, with easy access to public transportation and beautiful parks for leisurely walks. The complimentary breakfast was a nice touch, giving us a good start to our day. we highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting the area.

Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.

The location of the hotel was excellent, with many attractions within walking distance and convenient transportation options nearby. The beds were comfortable and provided a good night's sleep. The breakfast, although basic, was enjoyable.

The rooms were quite small, understandable considering the building's architectural style. some of the facilities that were advertised as part of the room were missing.

The room and lobby were adorable, and the staff were really nice too make us feel welcome. The location was unbeatable, with easy access to many nearby destinations. We were close to Kensington Gardens, the Royal Albert Hall, and a variety of restaurants and stores. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained, and the breakfast included in the price kept us satisfied until lunchtime. The staff, especially the reception team, were really good - they were quick, apologetic, and helpful throughout our stay. The hotel's location near the tube station made transportation easy.

Nothing is perfect.

We had a great stay here! The location was perfect, right above some shops and everything we needed was close by. The staff was very attentive, offering room service and housekeeping. The welcome drink was a nice touch and the room amenities were excellent, including ironing facilities, air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, and a flat-screen TV. The continental breakfast was a great way to start our day, and the staff who checked us out super early provided excellent service.

If you're looking for a convenient location, Hux Hotel can be a great choice. Situated right on the bustling high street, it's just a short walk from the tube station, making it easy to get around the city. Plus, you'll have the superb Kensington park right opposite the hotel, perfect for a leisurely stroll. While the hotel might not be right on top of all the tourist attractions, it's still surrounded by some lovely French restaurants, offering a taste of culinary delights.

It's worth noting that the hotel might have some areas that need improvement.
